By downloading, installing, or using TRAITOR ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

TRAITOR is a trading journal application designed to help users build discipline and track their trading habits. The App is not a financial advisor, broker, or trading platform. We do not provide investment advice, trading signals, or recommendations.

3. Subscription Terms

TRAITOR offers auto-renewable subscriptions:

• 2-Month Challenge: $19.99 USD
• Quarterly: $24.99 USD

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

4. Free Trial

TRAITOR offers a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.

5. No Financial Advice Disclaimer

TRAITOR is an educational and journaling tool only. The App does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. All trading decisions are made solely by you. We are not responsible for any financial losses incurred while using the App. Trading involves significant risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Not use the App to violate any laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of TRAITOR are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRAITOR AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States.
